I hope things are improving for your there. This time of year with the blah weather, professional and family requirements, etc., is not the best for me either.
I know what you mean. I'm three weeks postop from a total shoulder replacement. Don't know what made me put it off so long. For the past year, I was and in agony, even at complete rest. I'm hoping to get back to India after my grandchild ( first one ) arrives around April 21. Take good care of yourself
