Well, it would be impossible to see that here since we are covered in over a foot of snow and advised to not go outdoors today!
Seriously, it has been a brutal winter! I posted on another blog that I was watching an HGTV show about islands and saw a couple enjoying a warm breeze on their deck and I cried! Like, OMG, that looks so beautiful right now!
Ir's returned every year so far, anyway. Who knows about this year. Seems as though it will never happen. What is the first small sign of spring around there?
Those are really pretty photos! I think it's interesting they are all of seeds waiting to be cast off. It's been below zero air temps here. Now that I feel a little better I hope to get out in it and walk about all bundled up. Then warm up with homemade hot cocoa and snuggly blankets.

Ms. Van Hirtum was never in Montana in April, methinks.

Well, mostly it does. My backyard has been under ice so long I'm afraid the grass under it has suffocated.
ReplyDeleteAnd once you're done reminding her, please remind me, as I face leaving the office in -20 degree weather. OK, it's Celsius, but still.
ReplyDeleteIt will make spring all the sweeter when it arrives. So I keep telling myself.

I won't fake it as I am frozen here, so I'll just read the comments and try to be cheered up by those who can articulate a response to your request.
ReplyDeletePssst. Life returns. It does.

No. Please stay dead.
ReplyDeleteAnd keep your horrid pollen away from me.
Just around the corner.
ReplyDeleteit does...and spring will return soon enough...but for now...everything rests near death....
ReplyDeleteSnowdrops nearly out here and buds bursting on some bushes: and that is the north of the UK so it must be on its way to you. Nearly there now:)
